1.自動包裝機，可實（shí）現自動計量，自動上（shàng）袋、自動充填、自動熱合（hé）縫包一體等（děng）一係列工作，不需要人工（gōng）操作。節省人（rén）力資源，降低長期成本投入。也可與其它配套設（shè）備完成整條（tiáo）流水線作業。

2.稱（chēng）量機采用（yòng）立式螺杆給料，由單螺杆構成。螺杆由伺服（fú）電機直接驅動保證計量的速度和精度。工（gōng）作時，螺（luó）杆（gǎn）根據控製信號旋轉供料；稱重傳感器和稱重控製器進行稱重信號的處理,並輸出重量數據顯示及控製信號。

3.本機組由備袋庫、取袋理（lǐ）袋裝置、上（shàng）袋（dài）機械手、夾袋下料裝置、抱袋（dài）推動裝置、袋口導向裝置、真空係統及控製係統等組成；采用從備袋（dài）庫取袋，袋子對中定位，袋子往前送，袋口定位，預（yù）開袋，上袋機械手插刀插入袋口，同時兩（liǎng）側氣抓夾住袋（dài）口兩側，最（zuì）後上袋。

2、The weighing machine uses vertical screw feeding, consisting of a single screw. The screw is directly driven by a servo motor to ensure the speed and accuracy of measurement. During operation, the screw rotates to feed according to control signals; the weighing sensor and weighing controller process the weighing signals and output weight display and control signals.

3、This machine set consists of a bag storage library, bag picking and arranging device, bagging robotic arm, bag-clamping discharging device, bag-holding pushing device, bag mouth guiding device, vacuum system, and control system; it uses bag extraction from the bag storage library, bag centering and positioning, forward bag feeding, bag mouth positioning, pre-opening the bag, and the bagging robotic arm inserting a knife into the bag mouth, while both sides use air grippers to hold the sides of the bag mouth, and finally bagging.
