適合重量較大的物料包裝（zhuāng），穩定性強，適應高負荷工作環境。

1.自動包（bāo）裝機，可實現自動計量，自動上袋、自動充填、自（zì）動熱合縫包一體等一係列（liè）工作，不需要（yào）人工（gōng）操作。節省人力資源，降低長期成本投入。也可與其它（tā）配套設備完成整條流水線作（zuò）業。

2.稱量（liàng）機采用立式螺杆（gǎn）給料，由單（dān）螺杆構成。螺杆由伺（sì）服電機直（zhí）接驅動（dòng）保證（zhèng）計量（liàng）的速度和精度。工作時，螺杆根據控製信號旋轉供（gòng）料；稱重傳感器和稱重控（kòng）製器進行稱重信號的處理,並輸出重量數據顯示及（jí）控製信號（hào）。

3.本機組由備袋庫、取袋理袋裝置、上袋機械手、夾袋下料裝置、抱袋推動裝置、袋口導向裝置、真空（kōng）係統及控製（zhì）係統等（děng）組成；采用從備袋庫取袋，袋子對（duì）中（zhōng）定位，袋子往前送（sòng），袋口定位，預開袋，上袋（dài）機械（xiè）手插刀插入袋口，同時兩側氣抓夾住袋口（kǒu）兩側，最（zuì）後上袋。

3、This machine set consists of a bag storage library, bag picking and arranging device, bagging robotic arm, bag-clamping discharging device, bag-holding pushing device, bag mouth guiding device, vacuum system, and control system; it uses bag extraction from the bag storage library, bag centering and positioning, forward bag feeding, bag mouth positioning, pre-opening the bag, and the bagging robotic arm inserting a knife into the bag mouth, while both sides use air grippers to hold the sides of the bag mouth, and finally bagging.
